Simran is retail professional with 20 years of experience in the industry with Bata, Madura Coats, Littlewoods (now Westside) and independent retail consulting. As Marketing Manager, she helped set up the operations of Littlewoods UK in India. Simran currently consults with the retail industry. Her articles on retail have been published in the Business Standard, Economic Times and other prestigious publications.

Simran has been teaching the Retailing Course at NIFT Delhi for the last 10 years. She has conducted Advanced Merchandising Trainings (Merchandising for Profit) with international trainer Keith Dunn. The trainings were attended by professionals from the major national retailers like Westside, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon etc. She has also conducted customized merchandising workshops for chain store retailers like Central, Fabindia etc.

About Keith Dunn

Keith Dunn is a Buying and merchandising professional with over 25 years international experience at senior level in organised retailing with Burton Group, Dorothy Perkins and Littlewoods in the UK. He spent 5 years in India, initially as VP Buying and Merchandising, Shopper’s Stop and then as an independent consultant for Piramyd Retail and Tanishq. He is currently providing process training and implementation for clients including, among others, Tesco, Littlewoods Shop Direct and Faith Shoes. He is based in the UK.
