you get any certificate at the end
of the course? What are the criteria
for getting the certificate? |

Yes,
there is a certificate at the
end of the course. There is also
an overall grade that is assigned.
This is on the basis of scores
achieved on assignments/ tests
that will be given out during
the course. |

you give out any study materials? |

Lessons can be downloaded and saved for offline study. There is no additional study material. |

What
happens if we are unable to attend
the off line workshop ? |

There
will be on line version of the
workshop content which will be
sent to you for your study. |

What
is the process of refunding of program
fees sent to Retail Angle? |
| |
For cancellation upto
one week prior to starting of the
course, the candidate will get 100%
refund of fees. Only a processing
charge of Rs 1000/- will be retained
by Retail Angle. After that no refunds
would be made. |

If we have any
clarifications / questions about
the content how we can clear them? |

The sessions have
been designed in a way to make the
information easy to understand.
However, if there are any doubts,
you can pose questions to Simran
in the 'Ask Siman' section and she
will answer them offline. This section
will show all questions that have
been posed by students and Simran's
responses to them. To access this
section you will need a student
id. In addition the workshop will
allow for a face to face interaction
and clarification of all doubts. |

I cannot attend the workshop ? |

The workshop has been introduced
to lend a greater measure of interactivity
to the program. The workshop content
and exercises will also be available
online for those who are not in
a position to attend. |
